Food Service Utility Position

Job Summary 
The Food Service Utility Position provides an opportunity to help maintain the safety and sanitation of all kitchen areas and food preparation surfaces in a school environment. Training will include food safety and allergy awareness. The school Chef is willing to provide training for all aspects of this position, allowing the successful candidate to advance their culinary career through mentoring and hands-on skills development.
Duties and Responsibilities May Include: 
   • Scratch cooking 
   • Serving lunch 
   • Dish washing 
   • General and deep cleaning 
   • Prep work 
   • Trash removal 
   • Mopping and sweeping floors 
   • Helping to put away orders 
   • Performs other duties as assigned
