4. Apply: Complete our online application. Our Admissions Office will provide you with a username and temporary password to complete this step.
5. Application Fee: The $100 non-refundable application fee may be paid online during the application process.
Students applying for Pre-K 3 must be 3 years old by September 1 of their entry year. Students applying for Pre-K 4 must be 4 years old by September 1 of their entry year. Students applying to Kindergarten must be 5 years old by September 1 of their entry year. Jacksonville Country Day School does not make exceptions to this rule.
Once you have completed the online application, you will be able to sign into the school portal, mySharkHub
, found on the school website in the upper right-hand corner of the page. In this portal, you will be able to upload documents and complete the required admissions forms listed below.

The Admissions Office will contact you to schedule an assessment once the application is complete.
If you are applying for the 2021-2022 school year, contracts will be offered for new students beginning in late February 2021. Once classes are filled, eligible candidates will be placed in a wait pool and contacted as openings occur.
