Strategic Plan 2024-2027

We are pleased to present the newly adopted Strategic Plan for Jacksonville Country Day School - an important milestone that will guide our school’s continued growth and success.

This plan reflects a shared vision for the future of Jacksonville Country Day School and has been thoughtfully developed under the leadership of Board Vice Chair and Chair of the Strategic Planning Committee Amanda Baggett. Our plan incorporates the collective input of current and alumni families, faculty, staff, and the Board of Trustees.  

At the heart of the plan are three key priorities that will continue to shape our work: delivering exceptional programs and student experiences; Investing in and empowering a talented, diverse faculty, and strengthening our financial sustainability and campus experience through strategic resource management and a strong culture of philanthropy.

These priorities will Strengthen Our Legacy and ensure that Jacksonville Country Day School remains the premier choice for elementary education in Northeast Florida.
