Pajama Party!

by Michael Porter
December 20 was a special day at school where both kids and adults were given a choice — come to school wearing what you slept in or dress up in your finest holiday jammies. Everyone looked amazing and incredibly cozy!
Our early learning students took part in a wonderful service learning project. They generously donated a whopping 538 books to Books a Go-Go, an organization that provides books to children in need. The donation was joyfully accepted by Betty Metz, who was absolutely thrilled.

But that's not all! We had a surprise in store for everyone - a spontaneous dance party! The students amazed the unsuspecting adults by breaking out into a flash-mob style dance to the tune of Michael Porter singing You're a Mean One, Mr. Grinch. It was a sight to behold and brought smiles to everyone's faces.

Ms. Jessica Barker led the students in singing some holiday songs, as well as celebrating the December birthdays.

To end the event on a high note, the teachers showcased their traditional dance routine to the cheerful tune of Feliz Navidad. It was a festive and joyful way to conclude the day's festivities. It was a fun-filled and engaging experience that left everyone feeling the holiday spirit.
