Summer Learning

We have done the research. Studies show that by pursuing summer learning, students can maintain and even enhance their reading skills and problem-solving ability.

This summer we ask that you help your child stay involved in learning. We have developed a way for you to play a critical role in your child's progress. A summer learning folder with all of the information will be sent home with your child near the end of the school year.

Students entering 1st through 6th grades are asked to complete math, reading and writing lessons. These activities are required; students are to hand them into their homeroom teachers on the first day of school. In addition, exciting optional Languagenut activities are available for children entering grades 2nd through 6th grades.
